Grace's Birthday Pics

Grace's Birthday is in about 2 weeks here is a little preview of her in her Birthday dress. The day at the photographers was a nightmare. We got a few good shots and then she threw her worst fit ever. She wouldn't stand so we had to do them in the chair (not my ideal pic). Oh well, us moms can't have everything we want!

Easter Part V

Grace enjoyed being outside even though it was chilly.

Easter Part IV

Easter Part III

Here is Grace outside with her daddy. It was a bit chilly today but at least the sun was shining. The flowers are just starting to bloom and should be fully bloomed by Grace's birthday.

Easter Part II

Grace was very intrigued by the grass. Her favorite toy was the duck because it quacked. Over and over and over again.......

Easter Part I

I have to work this Easter so the Easter Bunny stopped by to see Grace a little early this year. She also went and had pictures with at the mall today too. Grace loved going through her basket.

Baby Anden

Baby Anden was born on Monday! We all went to see him. He looks just like his daddy David. New parents April and David are doing well. They are friends from bible study.

Self Feeding

The last 2 days Grace has started using a spoon and gets upset if you feed her. She eats no baby food and mostly finger foods except for oatmeal, apple sauce and some yogurt. Grace is very good at her cup skills. She can hold a cup with and without handles. She can even hold some with 1 hand. It's hard to say but I think she's going to be left handed like her mom. She usually feeds herself finger foods with her left hand but she has reached for the spoon with both so we'll see.

Spring time!!!!

It has been so nice this week we have actually gone outside several time a day. We play outside and go to the park and of course eat some dirt. But it was so warm that Grace could wear a sleeveless outfit. She was so excited about going outside that she was clapping her hands. She claps her hands all the time now when she is excited.

Standing

Grace is trying to stand on her own. She is getting braver everyday. She'll let go for a second and then she falls. But she is very independant and gets right back up again.

Standing in her Crib

About 2 weeks ago, we found Grace standing in her crib for the first time. Now she is always there waiting for us when she gets up in the morning or from her nap. She is always happy when she wakes up.
