Memorial Day Parade.

Grace did so good awaiting the parade in the hot sun. Mommy put SPF 50 on every 30 minutes so she wouldn't get sunburn. After it was all over we all had a big cookout and Grace wanted to play football.

Baseball Game

Here are a few pics from the Norfolk Tides baseball game. Grace got these sunglasses for her birthday and this was the first time she would ever keep them on so we had to get a pic. Isn't she so cool; and of course Elmo and Big Bird had to go to the game too.

Memorial Day Weekend

Grace had a busy Memorial Day weekend. On Friday we went to the Botanical Gardens with our Playgroup. But I forgot the camera. Then on Saturday Grace went to the beach for the first time. And by the time Travis and I got the umbrella, chairs, beach bags, beach toys, diaper bag, blanket, and cooler; I realized I forgot the camera as we were pulling into our parking space at the beach. Don't worry we are going to go back soon. Grace loved the beach. She played with the sand, tried to eat the sand and played in the water. I think the water was a little cold for her still but she loved the sand. Then on Sunday Grace went to her first baseball game to see the Norfolk Tides play. She loved the mascot Riptide. Then on Memorial Day we went to the parade in Portsmouth. Grace loved all of the sirens and bands.

New Car Seat

Now that Grace is One and barely over 20 pounds just by a hare, she can ride forward facing. So we bought her a new car seat, she love riding this way. She can see out better and the AC can blow right on her. She loves it.

New Dress

Thanks Mommaw Jordan for my new dress for my birthday. I wore it to church. It is so pretty!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Grace had her first taste of chocolate chip cookies. She loved them of course!

Swim Class

Grace takes swim class with Cole and Lucy. Our little dolphin loves the water. She splashes the whole time. Now she thinks everything is the swimming pool......the dog bowl, the tub, the toilet. Everything is an adventure with her now.

Grace's Birthday Part 2

Grace turned ONE last Saturday. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful girl. We had lots of friends and family from out of town and we had a great cookout. Grace really enjoyed seeing everyone, especially all of her friends, Cole, Hailey, Aurora, Tylan, Anden and Jacob. Thank you all for coming. Birthday Part One

Standing

Grace will be 1 on Saturday, she is almost walking. She has stood several times. I keep thinking she'll take a few steps but she falls right on her butt everytime. It won't be long though. Grace loves doing "SO BIG" with her arms.

Easter with Grandpa

These are a little late but I finally downloaded my pictures. Grandma and Grandpa got Grace a big duck and a pop up Peter Cottontail Book. Grace loves pop up books now. Her favorite is Where is Baby's Bellybutton.
